Next Level Fitness was created by Christian Carpenter with one mission in mind — to help people achieve their fitness goals and become the strongest, most confident version of themselves.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. As a natural bodybuilder, personal trainer, and coach with over 12 years of experience, I’ve worked with people from all backgrounds — beginners just starting their journey, athletes looking to improve performance, and individuals who simply want to feel better in their own skin.

I created Next Level Fitness because I believe everyone deserves real guidance, accountability, and a plan that actually works. Too many people feel lost when it comes to training and nutrition, and my goal is to simplify the process while helping you build results that last.
